Our mission is to enhance the health, safety, and well-being of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate nursing support and partnership. As a delegating nursing organization, we empower direct support professionals with the knowledge and confidence to provide safe, person-centered care. Guided by respect, inclusion, and integrity, we work to ensure that every individual we serve can live a healthy, meaningful, and self-directed life within their community.
